Doula Synergy is a visionary organization founded to provide support for bereaved parents and advance the role of doulas in loss care. Its mission is to create a world where every parent feels seen, supported, and empowered throughout their parenthood journey.

Doula Synergy was established to connect providers, doulas, and families through shared resources and education. The organization offers training opportunities, support networks, and innovative initiatives aimed at transforming the care families receive during and after loss.

The organization’s founder, Ashley Rose, experienced firsthand the profound impact of compassionate care. After the loss of her second daughter at 29 weeks and the subsequent challenges of navigating pregnancy after loss and miscarriage, Ashley Rose discovered the critical need for specialized support. Her journey inspired the creation of Doula Synergy as a place where families can find healing, doulas can receive specialized training, and providers can collaborate to ensure no family faces loss alone.
